Any other Jeep model is reviewed the same way. What matters is the warranty, how the vehicle was bought or leased, and the repair history, not the model name.
How Jeep warranty repairs are usually handled
New Jeep vehicles are repaired under warranty at Jeep dealers, which are part of the Stellantis network along with Ram, Dodge, and Chrysler. If you have taken the vehicle to more than one dealer for the same concern, collect the records from each one.
Records to keep for your Jeep
- The full purchase or lease contract and the warranty booklet.
- Every repair order for the problem, including visits where nothing was found.
- Drop-off and pick-up dates for each visit.
- Any case number from Jeep or Stellantis customer care.
- Records for the plug-in hybrid (4xe) system, if your vehicle has one.
Does your Jeep qualify?
California lemon law applies to qualifying new vehicles, including many leased ones, when the manufacturer or its repair facilities cannot fix a warranty problem after a reasonable number of attempts. Our qualification guide and repair-attempts guide explain what we look at.
